Delivery & Shipment Policy
Through our partnership with our third party partners, we strive to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Deliveries within Egypt
At checkout, by inserting your delivery address, you will get the exact shipment & handling price for your order. We require a median delivery time of 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).
Tracking Orders & Deliveries
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days, please get it touch with us directly to confirm the status and expected delivery date
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Returns or cancellations are accepted within 14 days of order delivery date. No exchanges are allowed. To exchange a product, clients are requested to return or cancel the order and reorder the new product.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returned products must be intact, unused and packaged as they were originally delivered.
- Refund value will be returned in the same way of payment & upon full inspection of the returned product.
- Returning a product means clients accept that delivery/shipping fees are deducted.
- Our products and paper are delicate; please be extra cautious when viewing your new product. Please make sure your hands are clean and are far away from anything that could stain or leave a mark/trace to avoid any possible damage.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of your order placement date. After 48 hours, they are considered returns and shipment fees will be deducted.
- Any return that does not meet our above Return Policy will not be accepted.
